All contracts received by December 31 for the following year, will receive current year's rates.
Weekend Evening Packages
* All contracts signed before January 1, 2025 will receive our 2024 pricing, below. Contracts signed after will be subject to new 2025 pricing.
$1,750 – Fridays Rental (25% off if booked in addition to a Saturday at full rate.)
$1,200 - Sundays Rental
$3,000 – Saturday and Sunday on Holiday Weekend Rental
$4,800- PREMIUM RENTAL: Full weekend rental (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) for events with multi-day activities or extensive vendor deliveries and set up.

$825- Rehearsal Dinner Only Rate
$300- 3 hour Rehearsal Fee (if held on a separate date, Mondays-Thursdays only)
$750 Monday-Thursday Event Rate

Added Value:

Weekend event rental includes all day access (8am-midnight) to the building the day of the event for set-up, decorating, event and clean-up.

Clients may provide their own bar products- a savings of $15-40pp over other venues.

Saturday events may double- book Friday at a 25% discount.

Weekend rental prices are 25% off during the months of January, February and March.

Any couple who hosts their wedding ceremony at St. Stephens Catholic Church receives a 10% rental discount on a Friday or Sunday event hosted April- December, and a total rental discount of 25% for a Friday or Sunday during the months of January-March.

When using hourly rate, include in calculation set-up and teardown time and there is a three hour minimum.

To book your event date, you will complete the rental contract and pay 50% of the rent directly to The Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum. The remaining rental balance along with a separate, returnable $500 security check are due three months prior to your event date.

Occasionally, special discounts are offered for bookings in specific months of the year. All specials will be posted on the website and are not retroactive.
All fees for food, service, and table/chair set-up should be arranged separately and directly with JT Catering, our exclusive venue caterer.
NO OUTSIDE CATERING ALLOWED.

Note a 10% top charge is added to the catering invoice, which is less than industry standard.
Rescheduling fee is 25% of rental rate.
Non-Profit Rates
All building: M-Th: $110/hr Fri-Sun: $150/hr (minimum of 3 hours)
Per Room: M-Th: $60/hr Fri-Sun: $90/hr (minimum of 3 hours)
Open Class Rate with Quarterly Contract: M-Th: $35/hr

* Proof of non-profit status must be supplied at contract execution.
* No hard-soled dancing shoes and no tape use in the building. Must provide table/floor covers for art events.
