The Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum is proud to have an exclusive partnership with Jeff Thomas Catering. Jeff Thomas is one of the most well-known and experienced caterers in Cincinnati, having been in the business for 30 years. They are known for customer service, custom-designed events, a wide variety of culinary options, and can provide food only or complete, full-service options (centerpieces, event coordination, rentals, linens, etc.) All weekend clients booking a catered event are required to use our exclusive caterer. Clients may provide their own alcohol, but are required to use a Jeff Thomas bartender. Jeff Thomas catering also offers full-service bars. Per plate pricing starts at $26.75.

Schedule a Building Tour: Contact our Caterer, Jeff Thomas Catering, to schedule a tour of our facility: 859-291-0286.
Menu Proposal: After your tour and meeting with Jeff, you will receive a custom food and service quote from Jeff Thomas Catering.
Tasting: Schedule a private (couples only) food tasting with Jeff Thomas at your convenience to further customize your menu.
Book Your Event: To book your event date, you will complete the rental contract and pay 50% of the rent directly to The Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum. The remaining rental balance along with a separate, returnable $500 security check are due three months prior to your event date.
Catering Contract: Your catering contract and 1/3 of your estimated food total are due in January of the year of your booking or immediately if in the booking in the same calendar year.
Event Coordination: Once contracts are secured, Jeff Thomas will serve as your Event Coordinator through which you can arrange food, service, scheduling, building access, etc. at your convenience!

The guest capacity of the Carnegie Center is 200 seated or 250 at a standing reception.
More intimate parties can choose either the West Room or the East Room during weekdays/nights.
The West Room is 40ft x 40ft; 1,500 square feet total.
The East Room is 40ft x 30ft; 1,200 square feet total.
The Central Room/Foyer is 20ft x 32ft; 640 square feet total.

The Carnegie Center features 13 on-site parking spaces in addition to ample available street parking and permitted adjacent lots. There is free on-street parking on both sides of Eastern Avenue, which runs directly in front of the facility.
